Our Assistant Principal

Greetings Collegiate Prep Family,  
My name is Myisha Palmer-McKinney and I am honored to have the opportunity to serve our beloved Prep scholars, families, fellow educators, and  Cedar Hill community as Assistant Principal.

I have been in education for 15 years, and  8 of those years were spent teaching English Language Arts to scholars in 7-9th grade. I later served as Special Education Coordinator, then served as an Instructional Facilitator at Cedar Hill Collegiate Academy and High. I am a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master’s of Education in Leadership from Concordia University in Austin.

My goal is to maintain a positive and safe learning environment where every scholar experiences success. I will work under Dr.Lewis’s leadership to provide the support and resources necessary to reach our campus’s fullest potential. I look forward to a positive, productive year, full of proud moments and student successes.
