Application Information
Welcome to the application page for Collegiate Prep Elementary, Collegiate Academy and Collegiate High School. Below is a summary of the application process. For more information about our collegiate schools and the application process, contact the campus.
Applications for the 2023-24 school year will close Jan. 22 and must be submitted by the deadline. Those received after that day and time will be placed on a waitlist. Students within Cedar Hill and neighboring communities are eligible to apply. All currently enrolled students have been rolled up for the 2023-24 school year contingent upon if they maintain good standing for the remainder of this school year. New students must create a new account and apply at Schoolmint.
The following items are required for the application. Everything can be submitted through the online portal.
- Current report card
- Attendance record (if not on the report card)
- State assessment results from the previous year (or other standardized or norm-referenced test if currently enrolled in private school).
- Teacher recommendations (form can be downloaded from the web portal)
- Certificate of attendance of an information session
This link will take you to the online portal. You will create your own login. You can save and return your application to complete it at a later date, as long as it is completed before the end date. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
Middle and high school candidates will be contacted for an interview. You may check your application status through the application web portal. Parents are requested to accept or decline admission through the web portal.
